Promoting trade and investments with China, a Nicaraguan Government Delegation in Shanghai has held meetings with companies from the Asian country.
The Delegation is made up of Comrade Laureano Ortega Murillo, Presidential Advisor; General Oscar Mojica, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure; Comrade Karina Mejia, Director of the Secretariat of Investments and Exports, and Comrade Michael Campbell, Ambassador of Nicaragua.
They have visited the headquarters of SINOPHARM, the Chinese pharmaceutical company, with which they are working on the establishment of a regional production and distribution center.
They then held a meeting with Chinese companies from the energy, mining, and importing sectors, to promote cooperation in these sectors.
