The National Plan to Combat Poverty and for Human Development (PNLCP-DH 2022-2026) defines as a guideline the promotion, facilitation, and attraction of more national and foreign direct investment in priority areas and economic activities in the near future.
The fundamental objective of SPIEX is to attract private investment, promoting foreign trade and national exports of goods and services, fostering a favorable investment climate, foreign trade. Likewise, contribute to government efforts in terms of investment, export and facilitation policies, all in full coordination with the other instances of the public and private sector.)
SPIEX's strategic vision is to promote, accompany and retain quality and high-impact investment projects. SPIEX will provide the services required in the establishment of projects: New investment (greenfield), expansions, total or partial purchase of an existing infrastructure in the country for the development of an expansion (brownfield).
• Preparation of personalized packages with updated and reliable information about the country, including trends in foreign investment at the national, regional and global levels.
• Analysis of comparative models of operating costs in the country.
• Specialized accompaniment in visits to the country to hold meetings with government institutions.
• Guidance and assistance in permit processes and administrative procedures.
• Support in recruitment processes of human talent and search for real estate solutions.
• Facilitation of contacts of suppliers of related goods and services.
• Advice on investment opportunities to expand, diversify and add value to the local operations of companies.
• Approach with established companies, trade associations and academy for the development of initiatives that strengthen the value chains of the business ecosystem.
